If you've never been to a wellness studio, it's completely normal to have questions. Here are the ones we hear most often from first-time visitors.

Your first session begins with a brief intake conversation — your practitioner will ask about your goals, any pain or areas of concern, and your activity level. This shapes the session. For assisted stretching, you'll lie on a padded table fully clothed while your practitioner guides you through targeted ranges. Most clients feel a noticeable difference after the very first session.
Absolutely not. In fact, the less flexible you are, the more you'll notice the benefits. Our practitioners work with every body — from completely sedentary to hypermobile athletes. You don't need any prior experience or a baseline of flexibility to get meaningful results from your first session.
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that you can move freely in — think leggings, joggers, or athletic shorts with a T-shirt or fitted top. You'll remain fully clothed throughout your session. We recommend athletic wear over loose or baggy clothing so your practitioner can see your movement and alignment clearly.
Yes. Street parking is available along Dundas Street West. We're also accessible by TTC — multiple bus routes serve Dundas West. Our entrance is wheelchair accessible and we have an accessible washroom on-site.
It depends on your goals. For general maintenance and wellness, most clients visit once every 1–2 weeks. For targeted recovery or performance goals, more frequent sessions accelerate results — your practitioner will give you a specific recommendation after your first visit. Consistency is what creates lasting change; it's not about a one-time visit.
WellnessTO offers a range of options including the Well Pass (open monthly access), Well Pack (pre-purchased session bundles), Well Intro (first-timer package), and Walk-In rates for individual sessions. Yes. Our practitioners are experienced working alongside clients managing chronic pain, past injuries, and ongoing conditions. We always adapt sessions to where your body is right now.
